Jamar Pinkney shoots and kills his 15 year old son after son confesses to molesting his 3 year old sister. (Video below)

I actually followed this case during the trial on Dateline ID and I was horrified, below is the story of Jamar Pinkney Sr. and Jamar Pinkney Jr.( RIP) How can a parent do something so devastating to their own child is beyond my measure of understanding. DETROIT - Jamar Pinkney, Sr. took the stand Wednesday to explain the murder of his 15-year-old son Jamar Jr. back in November.

Police say the teen was shot in broad daylight, while naked, in a field outside his mother's Highland Park home. Less than 24 hours earlier, Pinkney was told that his son sexually assaulted his three-year-old half-sister.

The girl was checked out at Children's Hospital in Detroit where an ER doctor testified that the child didn't show any signs of abuse. But the child's pediatrician did notice something. "I was still concerned because my daughter still had a memory of my son doing something to her," Pinkney testified.

Pinkney told the court his son had always been a good kid, so he didn't want to believe what he heard was true. However, hours after the hospital visit, Jamar Jr. called his father in the middle of the night and admitted to the inappropriate behavior.

Filled with anger, Jamar Sr. stormed over to his son's house, yelled at the teen, ordered him to strip off his clothes and then marched him outside. He told the court he felt completely out of control. "He walked to the field. He dropped down to his knees. I walked up behind him and shot him in the head," said Pinkney.

The testimony was too much for Jamar Jr.'s mother, who left the courtroom in tears.

He forced his girlfriend to drive to the clinic and have an abortion after learning she was with child for the second time. Dominic Holt-Reid and his girlfriend Yolanda Burgess have a 5 year old son that they had just dropped off at school the morning of the incident. So this piece of shit forces her to drive down there and abort the baby, why bust all in her gut if you know you don't want anymore kids? Ughhhh!!!!

An Ohio man who took his girlfriend at gunpoint to a medical clinic and tried to force her to have an abortion was sentenced to 13 years in prison on Thursday.

Dominic Holt-Reid pleaded guilty in April to attempted murder, abduction and illegally possessing a gun.

The Columbus resident reportedly became enraged in April 2010 after his then-girlfriend Yolanda Burgess refused to go through with an abortion.

After dropping their 5-year-old son off at school, he pulled a gun out and forced her to drive to the clinic.

The clinic staff called police after Burgess passed them a note saying she had been threatened and didn't want to go through with the procedure, the Columbus Dispatch reported.

He was arrested in the clinic parking lot with a .45 handgun.

The case sparked debate over what is considered murder or attempted murder concerning an unborn child.

Anti-abortion groups slammed the charge as showing "the schizophrenic nature" of abortion law in America while prosecutors argued the law had been changed to get around the ethical debate of when a life begins.

"The (state) murder statute was amended a few years back to prohibit 'unlawful termination of a pregnancy' in order to avoid the debate whether an unborn fetus is a 'person' under the law," the prosecutor wrote.

"I have tried homicides where the murder victim was pregnant and we were able to charge and convict for two counts, but this case is the first under these kinds of facts."

Holt-Reid's lawyers tried to frame the charges as a simple case of domestic violence, which would have netted him a shorter prison term, but judges rejected that argument.

Burgess has since delivered a healthy baby.
