Errr is the Prince packin?

So The cutie pie Prince William is getting married, awwww!!!  Anyway I was wondering if his wifey to be can ever be the " Queen" being that she is a commoner and her bloodline is not " royal ".  From my understanding, Prince Charles has to wait til his mom passes( The Queen E The II) in order for him to be throned as the king.  and when he passes, then Prince William who is next for the throne will be King and Kate might a real strong might cause i'm hearing mixed rumors that the Queen doesn't like her new granddaughter in law and some say they love her... one (me) don't know who to believe.  The decision on Kate's roya fate is guided by complicated rules dating back centuries and whatever Queen Elizabeth II decides. depending on how the present Queen see's fit, I guess a will or something like that( i'm confused)  Anyway when Kate, who by the way is the daughter of parent who made their fortune slanging kids party favors( didn't know party favors had it like that).  When the new couple have kids the kids of Prince William( royal bloodline)  will be eligible for the throne, right?  If anyone knows the real law and order of things please explain this to me.... signed the confused one Januarygirl10.
